INVENTORY RISES DURING THE HOLIDAYS IN MARTIN COUNTY

 

Just in! November 2022 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Martin County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

Inventory continued to rise in November, with the year-over-year supply of inventory reaching 3.1 months. The median home price is down, with a decrease of 4 percent to $527,500.

"Realtors® are closing transactions, and the median days to contract is 34 days versus what we saw in November of 2021 at 12 days. Buyers are taking more time to sift through the inventory options during the holidays," said Carlos A. Melendez, President of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®.
