Syndication Preferences
Syndication is at your fingertips! You have the ability to modify the syndication preferences for your office’s listings! To access, follow the instructions below. Please note: if your firm consists of multiple branches, the setting will have to be applied to each branch individually.
Matrix
Login to Matrix and click on the Input (Add/Edit) tab, then locate the Office section and enter your MLSID. In the Modify Office screen, locate the Select Form section and click on the Office Syndication and Advertising link. Locate the Send listings by default to section and select the portal that you would like to syndicate your listings.
Flexmls
Login to Flexmls and select Menu, locate Preferences, and then select Broker Distribution. You may check Enable Feed for any third-party portal that you would like to syndicate your listings. Additionally, you may also select whether listings are sent to the third-party portal(s) by default or whether the agent can override (in the case a seller does not want the listing to go to that portal). You may also apply this to all Offices in the Company. Click Save.
