Just in! July 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
As inventory declines year-over-year in July, supply of inventory increases to 2.5 months—an 8.7% increase from July 2022. The median sale price remained fairly consistent at $390,000.
