Trade Mission Overview
The Global Business Alliance of the Palm Beaches (GBAPB) is organizing a trade mission to Toronto, Canada, to introduce our REALTORS® to the largest real estate exposition in Canada, which is the number one source of foreign real estate purchases in the United States and in Florida. A large percentage of property sales each year are to international buyers, and studies show that Canadians, by far, make up the largest percentage in the Sunshine State, totaling 36 percent of all international property sales in Florida. Trade missions such as this one offer a unique opportunity to market our area and our members to Canadian real estate buyers, investors and real estate professionals who might source future referrals to work together in bringing prospective buyers to Palm Beach County.
