NAR requires all REALTORS® to complete the mandatory Code of Ethics training every four years. If you have not taken your Code of Ethics training during the current cycle which began January 1, 2009 you must complete the course no later than December 31, 2012.

Ways to complete the training requirement:

BEST OPTIONS 

1. Free NAR online ethics class: You will need to register and have your NRDS number for this option.

2. Free Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches ethics class:  Please call 561-727-2781 to register for one of our upcoming classes. 

ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS

3. CE Shop online ethics class:  You will need to register and submit confirmation of completion to RAPB.

    Note: Members will earn four continuing education credits with the CE Shop online COE training. Fee $20

Please note that if you take the class any other way than through NAR’s online course or RAPB’s Traditional classroom course you must submit confirmation of completion to RAPB.

5. Individual Ethics Training (DVD): You can view the new 2012 Florida Realtors® Code of Ethics Training DVD online for free by clicking this link. All 10 videos will play through on a playlist after clicking the link. You MUST watch all 10 videos in there entirety (2.5 hours) and your broker MUST be willing to sign off on this for you.
