Marketing Madness at RAPB Port St. Lucie

Marketing Madness is a FREE networking programs for REALTOR® members sponsored by a different Affiliate member each week. It is a great opportunity to meet other REALTOR® members to aid in the growth of your business.

WHEN:  Thursdays – 9:00-10:30 am*
WHERE:  RAPB Port St. Lucie*
Registering Your Property for Marketing Madness & Tour of Homes
1. Pick area and tour date (per Marketing Madness Schedule).
2. Select the property in that area you wish to hold open. (limit 2 houses per REALTOR® per week)
3. Log on to
4. Click on “Add/Change” from your dashboard (home page).
5. From the drop down, click on “Change”.
6. Put in the MLS#.
7. Look for “Scheduled Marketing Activities”.
8. Click on “Tour of Homes”.
9. Fill out the various fields with information about your open house for the Marketing Session.
•  Tour date is date listed on Marketing Session schedule for that area.
•  Tour time is 10:30 am until 1:30 pm. (houses must be open during this time)
•  Property status – “Active or Active Contingent”
•  Comments:

• Gate Code if needed
• Special instructions
• Unusual information deemed necessary
• Incentives for agents who stop by (example: cash prize, gift certificates, lotto tickets, free golf, etc.) This is optional.
• Refreshments
10. Be sure to click on “ Next” when finished so that it is registered.

Marketing Madness Guidelines Tour of Homes
Each REALTOR® is responsible for registering their listing in the tour of homes.
Deadline for registration is 4:00 pm the day before the scheduled tour!
See Marketing brochure for Tour of Homes dates to make sure you don’t miss the deadline
(Marketing Madness Schedule).
Listing agent must be present at Marketing Session prior to the scheduled tour.
If you are not present, your house will be marked as closed for that day.

Marketing Session
Networking begins at 9:00 am with the Marketing Session to follow at 9:30 am.
Those present may pitch a listing; one 30 second pitch per REALTOR®.
“Wants and Needs” may also be presented during the Marketing Session.
As we announce listings held open, the listing agent will state if the house will be open,
announce any incentives, and/or special instructions such as gate codes, etc.
