NAR Code of Ethics: This course outlines the ethical standards that are required by the Associations in order to achieve and maintain membership status. The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) relies on its Code of Ethics to ensure that all REALTORS® are conducting business in an honest manner and with the highest level of integrity (Required, Optional CE Credits: 3).
NOTE: NAR’s Code of Ethics Class must be renewed every four years. If you have not taken NAR’s Code of Ethics class since December 2008, you must do so no later than December 2012. Click here for details. |
 | Contracts Class: Comprehensive examination of the FAR/BAR & FAR 9 contract and riders including a detailed explanation of how to accurately complete the contract utilizing proper terms and information (CE Credits: 6). |
 | 14-Hour Continuing Education: Review of the new State and Federal laws affecting real estate. Three hours will consist of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC)-prescribed Core Law courses and the other 11 hours will consist of “specialty” courses on real estate practices approved by FREC (Required, CE Credits: 14). |
 | Florida Core Law: This course will cover a variety of topics including updates and clarifications on FREC’s most current rules and regulations specific to your successful practice of real estate. This course meets the three-hour Core Law requirement for all renewing Florida real estate licensees (Required, CE credits: 3). |
 | Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designation: The GRI designation is the most widely recognized of the National Real Estate Designations. The GRI consists of three courses each taught by experts in their respective fields. The courses cover Contract Forms, Contract Procedures, Residential Finance and Cultural Diversity & Fair Housing.
• GRI 1: Standards of Practice is a fundamental course that reviews the legal aspects of contracts and transactions, ethical practices, fair housing and diversity, financing and tax implications. Your completion of the GRI 1 course will also satisfy your mandatory 45-hour post licensing CE credits.
• GRI 2: Essential Real Estate Techniques will teach you how to enhance your skills from the ground up. Experts from various fields will illustrate how to market your listings and expertise, utilize effective prospecting techniques and manage transactions and technology. Your completion of the GRI 2 course will also satisfy the Broker 30-hour post licensing credits or 11 hours of specialty CE credits for license renewal.
• GRI 3: Real Estate Specialties provides essential information related to property management, the meaning of concurrency and how it affects the transfer of property and an overview of Brokerage Management. In addition, the GRI 3 course covers information related to attached housing and construction. Your completion of the GRI 3 course will also satisfy the Broker 30-hour post licensing credits or 11 hours of specialty CE credits for license renewal. |
 | Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE): This course will provide you with all of the information you need to become a short sale specialist. Through comprehensive training and CDPE membership, you will know how to handle the complex issues confronting distressed properties and the owners who are desperate to find a solution (CE Credits: 11). |

Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR): Designed for real estate professionals at all experience levels, NAR's SFR certification gives you a framework for understanding how to direct distressed sellers to finance, tax and legal professionals; qualify sellers for short sales; develop a short-sale package; negotiate with lenders; tap into buyer demand; safeguard your commission; and more (CE Credits: 7). |
 | Certified International Real Estate Specialist (CIPS): This introductory course offers you an overview of the international real estate business environment, including capital flow, currencies, government regulations and cultures. Topics such as international brokerage, networking, marketing and selling will also be discussed (CE Credits: Varies). |

Certified Investment Agent Specialist (CIAS): Learn how to help real estate investors navigate investment strategies, self-directed IRAs, 1031 Exchange, leverage options, key calculations, return-on-investment, capitalization rate and average returns/cash flow (CE Credits: 11). |
