INVENTORY RISES DURING THE HOLIDAYS IN BROWARD COUNTY
Just in! November 2022 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Broward County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Inventory continued to rise in November, with the year-over-year supply of inventory reaching 3.0 months. The median home price also rose again, with an increase of 11.3 percent to $540,000.
"Realtors® are closing transactions, and the median days to contract is 29 days versus what we saw in November of 2021 at 15 days. Buyers are taking more time to sift through the inventory options during the holidays," said Carlos A. Melendez, President of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®.
