BeachesMLS will Soon Join the Nestfully Consumer Portal

 

Nestfully is a consumer facing website that is owned and operated by MLSs on behalf of the brokerage community. Nestfully delivers millions of residential property listings and a wealth of information to home buyers and sellers from the definitive source — the MLS.

Consumers get free access to a search experience with no advertisements, just home listings and a seamless connection to local agents and brokers representing the properties. All consumer inquiries regarding properties will be directed back to the listing brokers at no cost to brokers or agents.

  • Nestfully is a public portal that connects consumers to the freshest and most accurate listing information

    straight from the MLS. It connects you, the agent, to qualified leads.

  • Nestfully offers a space for homebuyers and sellers to search for and view listings with no ads and at no cost, while directly connecting them to local brokers and agents—also cost-free. Nestfully is truly a site that prioritizes homebuyers’ and sellers’ best interest.

  • Your MLS is one of the MLSs participating in Nestfully. That means your listings will automatically be sent

    to Nestfully.com and leads will automatically be sent to you at no charge.

  • You will get more listing coverage, more exposure for your listings, and new leads at no charge. You also

    have a brand-new site you can point your clients, friends, and family to as a reliable source of listing information—whether they are just looking or planning their next move.

  • This website is owned and operated by MLSs on behalf of the brokerage community. There is no cost to brokers/agents for leads that are generated from the website.

  • We are working with Nestfully and anticipate listings being added in the second quarter.

  • Currently, Bright MLS (Mid-Atlantic), CRMLS (California), and REcolorado (Colorado) are participating in

    Nestfully. We will update you as additional MLSs join.

  • Leads will be sent to the email connected to your MLS account. They will be sent from leads@nestfully.com.

    Add leads@nestfully.com to your email platform’s safe sender list to make sure you never miss a lead.

  • You will not be charged for leads from Nestfully.com. Developed as a collaboration between some of the

    nation’s top MLSs, Nestfullyvalues agents and the work they do. Unlike other public portals, Nestfully

    will never sell your leads back to you.
