ST. LUCIE COUNTY SEES INCREASE OF TIME INVENTORY SPENDS ON MARKET

 

Just in! June 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

Inventory decreased in June, but year-over-year supply of inventory reaching 2.3 months – a 15% increase from June 2022. The median sale price also decreased from 2022 at 2.3% landing at $390,000.
