ST. LUCIE COUNTY MEDIAN HOME PRICE HITS $375,000 WITH MORE ACTIVE LISTINGS

 

Just in! March 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

St. Lucie County is experiencing a 1.4% increase on the median home price year-over-year hitting $375,000. The county’s inventory also continues to climb.

“St. Lucie County’s increase in median home price and inventory has continued to rise from the start of the year,” says Chris Krzemien, President of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “The county’s Q1 median home price increased 3.4% from 2022 with inventory rising 140.6% from Q1 of 2022. Inventory year-over-year in St. Lucie County is reporting 1,429 active listings from 594 in March 2022. The county’s supply of inventory reached 2.8 months compared to 0.9 in 2022.
